About the program

There is increasing information that when organizations effectively demonstrate a value for diversity and implement inclusive strategies, productivity, morale and customer service improves. This training focuses on understanding the value of diversity including how differences in styles and values can have a positive impact when included and the dynamics of creating inclusion. The course explores the three invisible aspects of culture that are most critical to being effective in cross-cultural interactions with co-workers and/or customers: values driven behavior and communication styles. The training builds inclusive leadership skills in leaders and employees in order to allow them to make effective change and achieve equity at all levels, whether they manage people, structures, policies, programs, and/or practices.
