The ability to recognize and appropriately respond to “cultural” differences in conflict style is critically important in effectively solving problems and resolving conflicts.
The Intercultural Conflict Inventory is a practical intercultural conflict style model” developed by Dr. Mitch Hammer, over 15 years of working as a member of law enforcement hostage/crisis negotiation teams.
