EDS assisted in the development of the University’s Strategic Plan for D&I, developed curriculum for staff Gate Keepers’ diversity training, and trained internal staff members to provide training in an ongoing program for the University.
“EDS immediately understood the University’s culture and developed effective relationships across the University community. This allowed them to provide assistance in our strategic planning process and to design training that responded to our current culture while helping us develop new cultural behaviors to achieve our vision for the future.”
Dr. Barbee Oakes, Assistant Provost, Diversity & Inclusion
