How we helped
EDS initially conducted a training and development needs assessment and conducted Diversity Awareness training for all staff. Subsequently, EDS has assisted in developing Kent University, providing ongoing training in Team Building, Conflict Management, Customer Service, Men and Women Working Together, Generational Differences, and Sexual Harassment Prevention. Individual coaching, team building and retreat facilitation are provided on request.

EDS trained 38 managers to partner with 38 EDS trainers in order to provide Diversity Awareness training for over 16,000 flight attendants in seven cities and three countries. After training, 91% of participants said they had learned something they could apply to their work performance immediately.
