EDS conducted a Cultural Competency needs assessment for Stevens Hospital to identify strengths and challenges the health center faces in serving a growing diverse community. Recommendations were made to assist in the development of a strategic plan as the Hospital moves forward in its commitment to deliver high quality health care services in a culturally responsive way.
