“Appreciation of diversity gives shape to each aspect of the work done by the MacArthur Foundation. The assistance provided by Executive Diversity Services has been important in ensuring that perspectives held by people from different backgrounds and cultures are brought to bear in the decisions we make from choices about day-to-day business relationships to major grantmaking initiatives.”
