EDS designed training for JCPenney university to deliver to JCPenney associates titled “Winning Through Inclusion” in partnership with the Professional Development Center. The training introduced participants to the meaning and value of diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion. The training provided a platform to better serve a multicultral client base for the company.
