Elmer Dixon was educated in Public Administration and has 30 years experience as a manager and trainer. Elmer’s vision, energy, and creativity have contributed to his success in leading diverse teams, facilitating and implementing strategic plans for organizations, and providing outstanding training and consultation in the areas of multi-cultural communication, team building, and conflict management.
Elmer brings both practical experience and a dynamic presence to his work as Executive Diversity Services’ client development and sales specialist. As an EEO Officer and Training Manager for a large organization, Elmer was responsible for the development and implementation of an annual training plan and the development, implementation and monitoring of affirmative action and sexual harassment policies.
Elmer guest lectures annually at JAMK University of Applied Sciences in Jyvaskyla, Finland on topics related to Strategic Diversity Management, Cross Cultural Competence and Team Development and has taught regularly at Espeme, an undergraduate program of the Edhec Business School in Lille and Nice.
A committed body builder, Elmer also volunteers time in the community with organizations serving young people from a range of cultures.
